Throng of Shoggoths perform a 70s-influenced form of extreme metal with progressive and atmospheric elements.
Throng of Shoggoths formed in 2010 as a sludge band. In 2012 we underwent a metamorphosis both in lineup and genre, shifting toward a more straight-ahead death metal style. Over the years since, we've added 70s progressive rock and 90s black metal elements to create our own sound.
